This morning was very chilly. About 30 degrees at the start, and never got much warmer. This was about 56 miles with two field tests. I won't lie. IT was HARD. I am so out of shape. This happens when you are a full-time court reporter and business owner. I really hope to make changes in 2020 so I can have a healthier lifestyle. CTS provided a great power lunch and recovery drink. An amazing dinner. Tomorrow is going to be colder than today and 100 miles. I think they will give a few of us, at least me, an alternative of 80 so I am not out there all day. :)
Coaching is amazing. The food is amazing. The hotel is amazing.
I am so happy to be here. I am incredibly grateful for my life, family, friends, and riding my bike.
Riding for four hours gives you a lot of time to think about your life, future goals, etc.

2-2-20 - Tucson CTS training camp
I left Santa Monica this morning at 5:45 and arrived in Tucson in seven hours. Stopped once for gas. I had a lot of time to reflect on my goals for 2020. A lot of time to reflect on losing Grace Ragland.
Listened to a few audiobooks, switching back and forth. Working on "I don't care what people think. I am enough" - This has never been easy for me.
I am so excited to be here. Tomorrow is registration, group meeting, and dinner. The first ride is Tuesday and will be a challenge with a high of 48 and possible rain. I am prepared and excited.
