I wouldn’t worry too much about the last test (cytogenetics). It is unlikely to turn up anything, but has to be done for completeness sake. That result should be back today or tomorrow.
Once, I have that info, I’ll update Dr. Berenson with the final diagnosis. Then the next step will be determining what the source of the protein is in the blood. It could just be a false positive, but that will be something for Dr. Berenson to sort out. Hopefully it is nothing.
